1) We measure first

We record baseline sprint + jump data so we know what matters most for your athlete.

2) Small groups = real coaching

Up to 4 athletes per session. Enough competition to push effort, enough coaching to fix details.

3) We re-test and adjust

Athletes don’t just “train hard.” They train with targets — and we adjust the plan as results change.
