To qualify for the 90-day guarantee, athletes must complete 2 in-studio sessions + 1 at-home workout per week for 12 consecutive weeks.

The 90-Day Performance Guarantee

We don't promise "effort." We promise measurable performance.

"Increase your jump height by 2 inches OR cut your sprint time by 0.2 seconds in 90 days — or we train you for free until you do."

At baseline, we run a full assessment across multiple performance metrics — jumps, sprints, agility, and more. Which tests your athlete performs depends on their sport. Six of those tests are eligible for the guarantee: vertical jump, block jump, approach jump, 10-yard sprint, 20-yard sprint, and reactive 20-yard sprint. Your athlete only needs to hit the mark on one of their tested metrics to earn the guaranteed result.

And here's the best part — athletes don't have to wait 12 weeks to see it happen. We retest throughout the program, and many athletes hit their number well before the 90 days are up. When that happens early, it means the rest of their training is pure upside — building even further beyond the guarantee. If they haven't hit it after 12 consecutive weeks of SGPT training despite meeting all program requirements, we keep training them at no additional cost until they do.

What it takes to qualify:

The guarantee requires 24 in-studio sessions (2/week), 12 at-home workouts (1/week), and participation in all required testing over 3 consecutive 4-week training blocks. Athletes must stay consistent — no more than 8 days between sessions — and communicate any absences in advance. If your athlete trains with another facility or coach during the guarantee period, just let us know — we'll coordinate to make sure everything works together toward the same goals. 

 

Athletes who cannot complete the required weekly training structure can still participate in SGPT, but the guarantee would not apply.

Full guarantee terms are reviewed and signed during your consultation before training begins.

 

This guarantee is designed for new athletes during their first eligible 90-day training block. After that, the goal shifts from proving the process to building long-term speed, strength, durability, and confidence.
