Small Group Performance Training (SGPT)

This is the best starting point for most athletes — structured, coached, measurable, and built for real sports schedules.

$279 / 4 weeks (recurring)

First payment for new athletes: $429

 

Includes:

  • $150 Kickoff Assessment + setup

  • $279 first 4-week SGPT block​

After that, SGPT renews at $279 every 4 weeks.

What’s included:

  • 3 sessions per week, with up to 2 coached in-studio sessions

  • At-home training built around your athlete’s needs (20–30 minutes, minimal equipment to start.)

  • Sprint + jump testing (and re-testing)

  • Individualized training plan based on your athlete’s sport + needs

  • Small group environment (up to 4 athletes) for coaching + competition

90-Day Guarantee (SGPT only):

+2” jump height OR -0.2 sec sprint time in 90 days — or we train your athlete for free until they do.

This guarantee is designed for new athletes during their first eligible 90-day training block. After that, the goal shifts from proving the process to building long-term speed, strength, durability, and confidence.

Team Training

For coaches who want players who move better, stay healthier, and perform late in the season.

$999 / 4 weeks (10-20 athletes)

For groups over 20 athletes:

pricing increases based on group size.

Schedule:

2 hours/week total (1x2-hour session or 2x1-hour sessions)

What’s included:

  • Custom 4-week team training block built around your sport

  • Speed + strength + power emphasis (as appropriate for your season)

  • Scalable structure for teams and clubs

  • Clear plan + weekly progression

Recruitment Program (High School + Collegiate Athletes Only)

This is an all-in 90-day program built for athletes actively pursuing college recruiting and faster progress. Limited spots because of the 1-on-1 coaching requirement.

$7,499 / 90 days (paid in full)

What’s included:

  • 5 days/week hybrid training (in-person + online)

  • 1-on-1 coaching inside SGPT sessions (private coaching within the training environment)

  • SSR coaching (sleep, stress, recovery) with weekly check-ins

  • Nutrition coaching with weekly check-ins

  • GPS monitoring (training + optional practice/game tracking)

  • Weekly video/film analysis

  • Monthly reassessment + goal review

  • Unlimited recovery equipment access

  • Fueling provided (as offered)

  • Recruitment support: profile building, film guidance, recruiting readiness structure

  • Choice of weekly “track”: Education / Mentorship / Research

Eligibility: High school and collegiate athletes only (typically athletes actively pursuing college recruiting).
