Small Group Performance Training (SGPT)
This is the best starting point for most athletes — structured, coached, measurable, and built for real sports schedules.
$279 / 4 weeks (recurring)
First payment for new athletes: $429

After that, SGPT renews at $279 every 4 weeks.

3 sessions per week, with up to 2 coached in-studio sessions

At-home training built around your athlete’s needs (20–30 minutes, minimal equipment to start.)

Individualized training plan based on your athlete’s sport + needs

Small group environment (up to 4 athletes) for coaching + competition
90-Day Guarantee (SGPT only):

This guarantee is designed for new athletes during their first eligible 90-day training block. After that, the goal shifts from proving the process to building long-term speed, strength, durability, and confidence.


Team Training
For coaches who want players who move better, stay healthier, and perform late in the season.
$999 / 4 weeks (10-20 athletes)
For groups over 20 athletes:
pricing increases based on group size.

2 hours/week total (1x2-hour session or 2x1-hour sessions)

This is an all-in 90-day program built for athletes actively pursuing college recruiting and faster progress. Limited spots because of the 1-on-1 coaching requirement.
