What's included in a 4-week Team Training block:

  • Custom 4-week training plan built around your sport, season, and roster needs

  • 2 hours/week of coached training

    • Option A: 1× 2-hour session

    • Option B: 2× 1-hour sessions

  • Speed + movement mechanics (start position, first step, max speed as appropriate)

  • Strength + power emphasis (age-appropriate and sport-specific)

  • Progression week-to-week (not random sessions)

For 20+ athletes, pricing increases based on group size.

If you want testing (sprint/jump), we can add it to the block depending on your goals and time.

How scheduling works:

3. We lock a weekly time slot

4. Training runs for 4 weeks (with clear progression)
