WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR ASESSMENT:
WHAT TO EXPECT
A breakdown of your assessment session

Small group format. In your session you'll be training with a group of ATP athletes (up to 4), each working on their own training programs. Session length: 60 min.

Individual attention. One of our coaches will be working closely with you throughout to provide you with a session focused on your personal goals.

Questions. Your coach will ask a lot of them if this is our first time meeting you. We'll want to know what your training goals are, if you've had any previous injuries, and other information that will help us tailor your program specifically to your needs.

Answers. We teach our athletes the "why" behind everything we do. We hope you'll take home some knowledge from this first experience with us.

Find the right fit. Finding the right coach is important. That's why we invite you to meet our coaches and experience our training style before you commit.

Coaching style. During your assessment, you'll get to see how our coaches guide and motivate athletes just like you.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Preparation is the key to great performance

A good night's sleep. Make your sleep a priority so you are well rested and recovered. This will get you the most out of your training session.

Dress for success. Come prepared to move. Your clothing should not limit your abilities. We recommend gym shoes (and/or turf shoes.)

Hydration. Bring a water bottle with you. Hydration affects performance. Make sure you are also drinking water throughout the day before the training session.

Bring a parent/guardian. We need to have a waiver signed prior to the start of your session. This can be done online (through an email you should be receiving) or it can be done in person at the session.

Schedule your entry consultation. After your assessment, a coach will help you schedule your consultation. Your 60 minute consultation will consist of the following:

Pick your favorite ATP workout shirt

Choose a training package. Decide which training package works best for you based on your schedule, budget, and desired level of accountability.
Finding the studio

Athlete's True Performance is located on the 2nd floor of Metro Sports Center, in Evansville, IN.

Enter the facility, walk past the lobby and turn right.

The entrance upstairs will be to your right, opposite of the soccer field.
