What is Tully?
This is where we will store all athlete training data. We will monitor speed and agility for all team members, comparing abilities with teammates and other soccer players of the same age. Individual results will remain private, but athletes will be able to see their rankings. We also offer a more in-depth assessment that includes vertical/broad jumping, single-leg deficit tests, and conditioning.

Affirmations are important for athletes because they foster increased confidence, reduced anxiety, and greater motivation, which leads to improved mental and physical performance. By challenging negative self-talk and reinforcing positive beliefs, affirmations help athletes shift focus, manage pressure, and build a stronger mindset to overcome challenges and thrive in competition.
Parents: Go over this with your players and have them repeat them before and after practices and games, even when they wake up or go to sleep. The more they say it, the more they will believe it! If they are resistant, tell them Ronaldo does it!
