SMALL GROUP TRAINING
For individual athletes 10–18 who want more speed, power, confidence — and proof it’s working.

1) Test & Plan

We start with our Kickoff Assessment — evaluation, goal-setting, baseline testing, and video recording so you can actually see where your athlete starts. (Kickoff also includes 2 Private Training sessions.)
2) Train & Adjust

Your athlete trains 2x/week in the studio + 1 at-home workout per week for 12 consecutive weeks of SGPT training. We re-test throughout and adjust the plan based on what the numbers are telling us.
3) Prove It

We re-measure and re-video. If the goal hasn’t been hit in 90 days... we keep training them at no cost until it is.
